Here's what to expect with online music learning (for parents)...

Time expectations:

Students are expected to complete ONE lesson a week. Each lesson will take about 15-20 minutes.

Learning goals:

For each lesson, you will see student learning goals to help understand what to focus on with each lesson. These will be in "I can" or "I will" statements to help students check their understanding.

Assessments:

Some lessons will use online resources, while others will ask students to answer questions, illustrate, and put their learning onto paper. For these lessons requiring writing/illustration, please have students keep a "music log" to track their progress. This can be a notebook/notepad or loose sheets stapled together.
